The seller was asking far more for the knife than it was actually worth. It seems like he thought someone would be naive enough to overpay for it. In my opinion, the price was completely unreasonable and not justified by the knife’s true value.

Agreed on a deal, then he repeatedly changed the terms after I had already sent money. Ended up sending $165, and he suddenly claimed it was only a “down payment” (which was never mentioned or agreed beforehand). He kept switching conditions mid-trade, asking for more money each time, and refused to complete the trade unless I sent even more upfront. When I asked for a refund, he ignored it and continued trying to pressure me into sending additional payment.
